➢ Amber - Release funds from Supplies ($150) to purchase 2 storage containers for Treasurer paperwork, some poster creating supplies and zip ties
➢ Hawk Mascot- up to $400?
❖ Voting Items approved between meetings:

Request to purchase 10+ drums for the Alamosa Park Music Program: On Friday, 03/12/2021, Erika Donica made a motion to release $650 from Gift to School to purchase drums for the Alamosa Park Music Program. Monina Barongan provided the 2nd, no one opposed and the motion passed.
Hawk Run Grants: On Friday, 03/12/2021, Misty Hirsch made a motion to move $2,667 from the unallocated reserve to create a new budget line for Hawk Run Grants. A second motion was made by Misty Hirsch to release $2,667 from Hawk Run Grants to be divided by 21 classrooms ($127 per class) at Alamosa Park Elementary School. Erika Donica provided the 2nd, no one opposed and the motions passed.

Classroom Enrichment Gift Card for our New Teacher - Mrs. Gonzalez. On 2/3/2021, Monina Barongan made a motion to move $125 from Gift to School to Teacher Classroom Enrichment and also to release $200 from Teacher Classroom Enrichment for a gift card for our new teacher, Mrs. Gonzalez. Misty provided the 2nd, no one opposed and the motion passed.
Amendment to the release of funds for Typing Club and Generation Genius previously voted on January 26, 2021: On 2/3/2021, Erika Donica made a motion to move $2700 from Gift to School budget line to the Classroom Grants Budget line. This will raise the current $75/class to $200/class allowing the teachers to request funds for Typing Club, Generation Genius, Reflex Math or whatever program they feel will best supplement the needs of their classroom. She proposed a second motion to re-approve the release of $1,408 for the 11 classes that want a license for Typing Club. Jocelyn South provided the 2nd, no one opposed and the motion passed.
