Dear Alamosa Park Families, I hope you and your family are doing well. I would like to thank all of our students, faculty, and families for following all of the safety and health measures that are in place at Alamosa Park (AP webpage).

The Vista Unified School District believes in establishing the best possible communication between home and school. When parents and teachers sit down together to discuss what children do in school, the following results are accomplished:
Before your scheduled conference time, parents will receive the Trimester 1 Progress Report either in the regular U.S. mail or the Progress Report will be sent home with their child. The most important purpose of parent conferences is to make possible the very best school experience for each child.Thank you for your support and attendance at the Parent Conference. Virtual Morning with the Principal on Zoom (Tuesday, November 17, 8:15 – 9:15 a.m.) I invite all parents to my first 2020-21 Virtual Morning with the Principal, which is set for Tuesday, November 17, starting at 8:15 a.m. on Zoom. In an effort to sustain two-way communication with our families, I will be sharing our school vision, Dual Language Immersion in Grades K & 1, the current status with in-person safety and health measures, and provide time for questions and answers. Alamosa Park Drop off Pick up parking lot map 20.21 English & Spanish.pdf Student Cyber – Safety During the past week, while off campus and at home, one of our students and families experienced a safety situation in which the student almost became a victim of an unsafe cyber situation. Even though this incident did not take place on school grounds nor on a school-issued computer, I would like to let all of our families to know that it is extremely important to be vigilant and aware of cyber-safety for all of our of students. Moreover, with students using the Internet on a regular basis for virtual learning, it is important that I remind all of our community about Internet safety and the importance of monitoring student use of the Internet. Alamosa Park has extra, brand new cloth face coverings for students to use and keep to use at any time. Also, if you wear a disposable mask, please dispose of the mask after wearing for one day. I want to be sure that all students continue to practice good hygiene and sustain a safe and healthy environment for learning at Alamosa Park. Thank you!
