Elimination of Rainy Day Early Dismissal – Alamosa Park will have Regular Dismissal on Rainy Days from this point forward
I am proud to share with you that we are working behind the scenes to keep Classic-enrolled students in school full-day when it rains. From this point forward, all rainy days will now be full school days for Vista Classic-enrolled students at Alamosa Park. We will dismiss at the regular afternoon staggered dismissal times listed below, even on rainy days.
We will continue to ensure that students are practicing safety measures at lunchtime when their masks are removed to eat. We are putting additional measures in place, such as additional canopies, that will keep students both safe and dry. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Principal Ruggles
