      ➢ Mrs. Droste would like to purchase some containers to store supplies for the Cooking Club ($75)
      ➢ Amber - Release funds from Supplies ($150) to purchase 2 storage containers for Treasurer paperwork, some poster creating supplies and zip ties
      ➢ Hawk Mascot- up to $400? 
​ ❖ Voting Items approved between meetings:

1. Request to purchase 10+ drums for the Alamosa Park Music Program: On Friday, 03/12/2021, Erika Donica made a motion to release $650 from Gift to School to purchase drums for the Alamosa Park Music Program. Monina Barongan provided the 2nd, no one opposed and the motion passed.
2. Hawk Run Grants: On Friday, 03/12/2021, Misty Hirsch made a motion to move $2,667 from the unallocated reserve to create a new budget line for Hawk Run Grants. A second motion was made by Misty Hirsch to release $2,667 from Hawk Run Grants to be divided by 21 classrooms ($127 per class) at Alamosa Park Elementary School. Erika Donica provided the 2nd, no one opposed and the motions passed.

 ❖ Virtual - APEF’s Annual Spring Silent Auction
 ❖ Teacher Appreciation
 ❖ Scrip Coordinator: ***We need a NEW Scrip Coordinator***
 ❖Healthy Hawk Week:

• During lunch recess times, Principal Ruggles and lunchtime supervisors will coordinate fun and fitness activities in playground quadrants while maintaining stable groups.

• Monday, March 22nd: Wear Blue or Purple Day - Cardio/Stretching Circuit
• Tuesday, March 23rd: Wear Yellow or Orange Day - Shooting Hoops for the Gold - Basketball
• Wednesday, March 24th: Wear a Rainbow of Colors Day - Jumping for the Gold
• Thursday, March 25th: Wear Green Day - Jogging for the Gold
• Friday, March 26th: Hawk Spirit Wear Day - Sprinting for the Gold
